Only what you choose to enter in the request form: name, email address, phone number, country of residence, general details about your property and the message you write.
To prevent automated form submissions (spam) we temporarily use an encoded version of the IP address from which the request is sent. We do not use it to identify you.
What we use it for
To respond to your request, assess the possibility of providing our services to you, and maintain related communication.
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
How long we keep it
For as long as necessary to handle your request and to meet any applicable legal obligations. If no contractual relationship results, you may ask us to delete it.
Your rights
In accordance with Law No. 172-13 on the Comprehensive Protection of Personal Data of the Dominican Republic, you may request access to, rectification, updating and deletion of your data.
